The following terms and conditions shall apply to your use of the Sundo Cosmétics website and to all purchases made through its online shop. They have been drawn up in accordance with current legislation on the subject and specifically, in accordance with the provisions of the following legal texts: Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. These Conditions shall govern the contractual relationship between users and the company representing the brand (The K Society SLNE) a company with registered office in Spain, registered in the Mercantile Register of Malaga, Section 6, and C.I.F. B93203511 (hereinafter referred to as "The Company").

Both browsing and the purchase of any of the products in the online shop implies the acceptance as a user, without reservation of any kind, of each and every one of the following General Terms and Conditions as well as, if applicable, of the Particular or Specific Terms and Conditions..

The user is obliged to comply with the present conditions and terms of use, as well as with others, always in accordance with current law, good customs and the requirements of good faith, using the diligence appropriate to the nature of the service being enjoyed. 2. Conditions of sale

The prices are in Euro currency and include the corresponding value added tax (VAT) for the purchase profiles of individuals. 2.2 Availability

All orders are shipped from the company's warehouse located in Spain (country belonging to the European Union), so delivery times and shipping costs will be affected by the distance of the destination as well as the weight of the goods.

The company undertakes to apply shipping costs very close to the amount invoiced by the courier companies, without seeking any kind of profit in the amount of this service.

Orders with destination Special Territories of the European Union as well as destinations outside the European Union (international shipments), may have costs arising from customs clearance, taxes or duties related to the country of destination that will be the responsibility of the recipient.

In the event that at the time of receipt, the shipment shows signs of breakage or unjustified manipulation, the user must notify the carrier so that this is reflected on the delivery note.

2.5 Returns and cancellations

Pursuant to paragraph 3 of article 45 of the Law on Distance Selling Retailers, returns of cosmetic products will not be accepted unless the product is defective, for obvious reasons of hygiene. In any case, the return of defective products or erroneous shipments will be admitted, being the seller who will be responsible for the shipping costs as long as the customer communicates this circumstance within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order.

3. Intellectual Property

The contents of this website are the property of the Sundo Cosmética brand and its representative The K Society S.L.N.E., except for those of companies with which it has signed the corresponding contract for the provision of contents, and are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property regulations. The design, images, maps, graphics, trademarks, labels, distinctive signs, logos, frames, banners, software and its different codes, source and object, etc. of this website are the property of the brand, which legitimately holds exclusive exploitation rights over them. The legislation on Intellectual Property confers the exclusive right to said content. These General Conditions of use and navigation as well as any relationship between the user and the company shall be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the existence or content of these General Conditions or the relationship between the user and The K Society S.L.N.E. both parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Spain..
